Hi, sorry to bother you again!!;)

Just worrying slightly about the room size. My mum is now coming with us (we have added her to the booking) and I was just wondering whether we are going to be ok all in the one standard room??

There will be myself, dh, mom, ds (4 years) and ds (9 months).

I guess we will have a double bed and my mum will have the other, then ds4 on a day bed/cot and ds9mths in a crib. Will that be ok???

Will the day bed have a guard rail??? Or perhaps DS4 could take the double bed and mum on day bed???

Any opinions greatly received!!!:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

I noticed from your sig that you are staying at the HRH. What kind of room do you have booked at the HRH? That will help answer your question a bit better.

Just some general info - the standard rooms have 2 queen beds, but no day bed. Some of the rooms (deluxes) have a couch that pulls out to a bed. And on those, no there will not be rails. Not sure if there are rails available at Star Services, (been a long time since I had kids needing rails). You would need to call or e-mail the hotel to find out, although I doubt they are one of the things they keep in stock.

Here is a pic of the standard room with 2 queen beds:

Here is a pic of the deluxe room with 2 queen beds and the pull-out couch. Notice, you have the 2 queen beds next to each other against the wall and then you have a sofa, which at night pulls out to become a bed. Don't know if that is what you meant with a day bed, but if you have a double queen deluxe room, you should be fine.

thanks ever so much !!! I will speak to my travel agent as I think we have the basic room and if she thinks ds4 will sleep in the same bed as mom she is mistaken!!!:scared1: (no sleep for either of them!!!:rotfl2: )

thanks again!!:lovestruc

Your husband is sharing the room with you and his mother in law? I would never consider that. Isn't it worth getting her a separate room?

does the deluxe then fit 6 people? i always thought only 5 to a room. it looks like i could easily squeeze all 6 of us. Me Husband and 4 kids.:confused3

No, you are still only allowed 5 to the room. 2 in each queen bed and 1 on the pull-out sofa. I believe it has been posted before that this is due to fire code and not how many people can actually fit in the room.

Do they have anything that fits 6????:confused3 Would really hate to get 2 rooms, money that could be better spent on souvies.;)
