Room service breakfast

When it comes to breakfast can you only get continental breakfast from room service? I was hoping you could get hot items as well, but the only breakfast menu I can find is the continental one.

Continental unless you are staying in concierge.

Room service may only be continental, but I've seen plenty of parents go down to the buffet for hot food and bring it up to their room in the mornings!
