Room selections

I just booked a 2 BR standard view in Jambo for October and I thought you could put in "requests" about your room. I didn't see an option on the booking page for this. Where do I go on the site to do this? Ideally we want to be close to the lobby as my parents limited mobility will be foremost priority.

Thanks for any help on which side of the resort to ask for, etc!

Unfortunately you cannot add requests online. You need to either call Member Services or send them an email with your requests.

Most of the Standard View rooms in Jambo House face the pool and are therefore not too far from the lobby. There are some reclassified rooms (from Savanna View to Standard View) that are all over the place. Some are way out at the very end of the long hallways so if you need to be close to the lobby, definitely call/email MS and have that request added to your reservation.
