room requests

We are booked for 2 rooms at the Pop Century and then 1 room at the Animal Kingdom Lodge .When and how or too whom do I make room requests we are going in January. Thanks Daveb

Contact reservations and have your requests noted in your reservations. You can do this now or anytime up to several days before you arrive. You can also ask again when you get to the resort.

They tell you that you can make your requests anytime, but this is just a myth. If you make it before about 3-5 days before you get there, then it will be passed off b/c your file isn't up yet. 3-5 days means it will have a much much better chance of being seen and put into your file when you check in. Just fax in your request, but remember that this is just a request, please. We had a fiasco with this a few years ago (it included my dad making a CM cry), b/c a request was unknowingly not made (there were extenuating circumstances as well). Most resorts do not even look at faxes anymore. By having them in your reservation they don't have to match up a piece of paper with your reservation.

Many people have had success by having the requests in their reservation.
