How exactly do I make a room request? I've been reading about members calling, emailing and doing this online. Which is the best/easiest way? Also, I will have 2 requests to make. BLT and THV. Do I make those both at the same time?
Thanks, I've never made requests before (and I do know they aren't a given!).

I'm confused. Are you talking about making a reservation or making a room request?

When you book a reservation, the easiest is to book online, but calling is okay too. Email takes a long time, and I'm not sure I would ever do it that way. You do NOT make requests to book....You specifically book the resort and room type you are looking for, and that part is guaranteed. What isn't guaranteed is the view, location or room number. You can however, request specific areas or views at the time you make your booking and again when you check in online.

I already have my reservation, I'm trying to put in a 'view' request or request for a specific area for the THV.

Is the only option to request this during online checkin?

Okay, you confused my when you said BLT or THV. No, you can call the DVC booking number and add a request to your reservation now, or you can make a request when you do online check in. I'd probably call the 800 number now and make your request.

View requests are best done via email or phone. The online view requests often don't make any sense.
