Looking for some input on room requests. Last stay at BLT we requested even number room in the north end above 5th floor. Got a great view of MK. I'm not sure if i "need" to have that view again (fireworks from that vantage point are not all that spectacular). Any favorite room requests (views) for BLT?
I've never stayed at BWV, so any help for that resort would be appreciated. I did hear about the long walks to the elevators. Currently i have requested first or second floor. Please help with my requests! THANKS! :)

If you want to be close to the elevators at the BWV, that should be your request, rather than 1st or 2nd floor. (Being on the 1st or 2nd floor at BWV doesn't necessarily mean you can avoid stairs or the elevators).

It's important for the room assigners to know why you made a particular request in case they are unable to grant the request. If they have no idea what your real wants are, they just stick you wherever they can find an opening.

For more help with the BWV, we'll need to know what view you have booked - Boardwalk View, Pool/Garden View or Standard View.

Avoiding the elevators at BWV is less of an issue than the long corridors - at least to us. We don't have much difficulty waiting for the elevators, but no matter which floor you are on you can be a really long walk away from the elevators.

1 bedroom, Garden/Pool view.

I'd like to be close to the lobby, so we have a shorter walk to Epcot. Should I just request close to lobby?

Yes, that would be best.
