Room requests at HH?

We (like a lot of you) are going to try for a room at HH for Easter week. Hopefully a 1BR, but will take 2BR if that's all available.

Are there any room requests that people like (or didn't like) that 1st timers should be aware of?

we have stayed a few times in different buildings, never a complaint. the cms are so nice! you may find this site helpful (it shows HH rooms/views/some pics):

HH has three view categories.

Marsh - with a view out over Broad Creek, which is a tidal marsh that rises and falls with the local tides. We have enjoyed watching dolphin, otter, manatee and a wide variety of water birds including osprey right in the marsh. Buildings #11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 22, 24, 27, 29 and 31.

Pool - with a view looking over the resort's main pool. Buildings #23, 25 & 26.

Island - with a view looking over the interior of the island and resort. Buildings #16, 19, 20, 21, 28 & 30.

1BR villas are located in bldgs#11, 12, 16, 18, 19, 28 and 30. Dedicated 2BR villas are found in all buildings except 11 and 12 - where all villas are lock-off 1BRs and Studios.

I guess it's alright to tell you! We're also going to be trying for HHI Easter week, and we always get a 1 BR, but on this trip it will be a studio. We love the 1 BRs on the inlet side of the Main Lodge-1132 or 1138. I think the ones under them, 1122 and 1128 would have similar views. We also loved our 1 BR in building 18, 1812. Was the 2 bedroom we stayed in. Love the location. Steps away from the pool, activity center, refillable drink station, store and rentals for bikes and stuff. Close to the pier and great view of marsh.
