Does it matter when you call the resort to make a room request? I didn't do it when I made the online reservation. Can I just call a week before our trip?

Not 100% sure we are going yet, waiting on my DD to let me know if her schedule with work and school will work out.

You can still call to make a request. Call CRO, not the resort itself.

1) You do not get to call the resort.
2) You actually get the Call Center, not the resort.
3) Just call CRO back and have it added to your ressie.

I would call reservations and make request now and then a week before call and confirm request again. We have been sooooo lucky with that....I think we have always gotten what we asked for...at least cannot remember when we didn't. We even sometimes ask for a specific block of room numbers
