Room Request Question

My DW and I would like a room on the top floor of any building at POR. (Alligator Bayou would be nice.) Should I call CRO? Should I ask my agent at DU? SHould I fax it? Or, should I just ask when we check in?

It appears that you used DU to make your ressies. I would contact your agent and ask that they add your requests to your ressie. You can still fax your request to the resort about four days before check-in. But no matter how you request it just keep in mind that it is only a request and may not be granted.
