Room request if booked through TA?

I have never booked through TA before and normally just call and they note request on reservation but this time we are booked through a TA and this is the first time we have 2 rooms. Would I still call and have them note both reservations or does the TA have to make the request or do I just do it when I do online check-in or would the TP fax request be better? TIA!

Your TA will have to call. That would be the best option.

While I don't know which (if any) of those options would be best, I can tell you that my TA has always made note of my requests upon booking. And so far, I've always received my requests.
