room request fax

how do you word your request?

we check-in at ASMu on wednesday morning. I really really don't want to be in one of the last buildings and can't afford to pay for preferred room so I would like to request a building closest to the food court and bus stop w/o it being a preferred room. Should I just state that I would like a room close to those areas or would it be better if I requested a specific building?

thanks. it wasn't that important of a request anyway. we'll be fine no matter where we are. hopefully checking in early will have some benefit.
