Room Request at MGV Different ?

When should I call and make our building and floor request at Marriott Grande Vista?

Also, is it better to ask for a refurbished room or a new building?

We would like to be close to the new big pool since we have 2 little ones.

I would think the new building would be more nosey - I think they are still during construction to this area????

they would definitely be close to the new pool.

I would try for 81 or 82 - both have been rehab and are pretty close to both pools

I guess I shouldn't have asked the question about the new or refurbished buildings because I already knew the answer.

What I really want to know is When should I call to make the requests that I have?

You can call at any time once the reservation is made to add requests. If your visit is still a long time away, call back as your check in date gets closer to make sure the requests are noted.

Regarding the building -- I was told that the new buildings are (at this time....I just checked out on the 9th of Sept) for owners only. I was able to get a refurbished unit - I was given blg 83. Not sure what other buildings have been updated.
