Room request at Jambo

We have booked a savannah view studio at Jambo for our first DVC stay. Any suggestion on room requests? We would like to be able to see giraffes and zebras from our room and would possibly like to be near the lobby.

I requested "near transportation" and "Arusha savannah" in my online requests when i checked in online and got the perfect room convenient to the lobby, guest laundry and the elevators that go down near the pool and the Mara. Also saw zebras and giraffes from room. I would definitely recommend those requests!

I would ask to be closer to the lobby than further away. Also, the 2nd or 3rd floor offers the best view for Savanna.

I think we will be on the 5th floor since we are staying on points.

The OP.is in Jambo House so they would be on the 5th floor or 6th floor if they reserved Concierge Level.
