Room request at Arts of Animation?

Is there a fax number or email to put in a specific building/area request for Lion King suites prior to arriving? I have walking issues and it would make life a whole lot easier being closer to main building and busses. I’ve done this before at Port Orleans about a week prior to arriving and they were very accommodating

When you check in on the app you can request a room closer to the bus.
