Room request at AKL

We currently have a pool view bunk bed room booked for Nov 11-16 2016. A few years ago, I stayed in a pool view room with my dad at AKL and we were right next to the pool. If we went out on the patio, the pool was right there. I was hoping for a room like this but I don't know how/ or what to request. Any AKL experts out there who could help ? Thanks in advance.
