Room Refrigerators at POR

We're going this September and staying at POR. We're also doing the dining plan while we're there. I know for a fact that we will have left over food from our TS meals. Do I need to request a refrigerator in our room or are they standard at POR now? When we were there a year ago, they were not standard, and I wondered if it had changed.

They are now a standard feature in all of the rooms. We were there last month, and there was a fridge in our room. It came in very handy!

double check with the hotel because if they don't have one in the room you have to rent one for $10 a day. only certain rooms in resorts have a fridge already in them.

They do have fridges in the rooms at POR. If for some remote chance your room didn't have one, you could request it and you wouldn't be charged for it.

However, they're probably all in the rooms by now. It came in really handy for us and I wasn't worried this trip about leftovers because I knew I could save it. Enjoy your trip!

Fridges and coffeepots are now the norm in all but the value resorts. We were just at POR last month and we were told all rooms have the fridges.
