Can anyone tell me if a room only reservation made through Dreams Unlimited would have the policies of CRO or WDTC? It makes a difference to me due to the amount of deposit required and when the final payment is due.

Thank you. I've been having trouble with the DU website this week.

I was able to use the DU website today so I put in a request for quote and asked for clarification on their reservation policies. I received an immediate (obviously automatic) response that included some clarification:

We have received your request for a Walt Disney World Resort reservation, and will contact you shortly to confirm pricing and availability. At that time, we will provide you with all the information you require to reserve your room. For room only reservations, you will need to provide a deposit equal to one nights stay in order to hold your reservation. This deposit can be billed to a Visa, Master Card, American Express or the Disney Credit Card. The balance of your vacation can be paid at the time of check in at your hotel. You may use any major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or the Disney Credit Card) as well as cash or personal check at that time.

Hope this is helpful to anyone considering using Dreams!
