hi, now that the room only discount has been announced we are thinking about moving from pofq to the wilderness lodge, but if we book room only and add a day ticket does that now make it a package making it easier to add dining later on, we want the room only discount but cant add the dining yet so to save any problems later would this work, thank susie

We just book using a room only discount pin then added tickets and dining! So you should not lose your discount if you purchase the others.

It does make it easier to add the dining later on if you have the tickets added now. In order to go from a room only to a package you're really cancelling the room only reservation and creating a new package reservation. This requires a new deposit and refund of the old deposit. If your reservation is a package to begin with then it's just a matter of making a change to your existing reservation to add the dining. If you know you'll be wanting a package then I'd book it as a package (include the tickets) from the beginning.

When you change from room only to package, there has to be availability under the package version of the promotion. This is a problem if you wait towards the end of a promo. Also you might have to switch to a different type of room.

Always see the problem at WL when you have bunk beds and a particular view.
