Room decorating and b-day surprises

Has anyone used the Disney floral and gifts website to surprise someone? I'm looking at options to surprise my niece on her 18th birthday while we are in WDW. Are there any other services that do this?

We used it for my DGDs 7th birthday last Dec. We were not impressed for the cost. We ordered a large princess carriage mylar balloon--which never showed up--and several other items were substituted at their discretion--not items that we would have chosen. We will not use them again.

We used them last October for 2 welcome first time to disney gifts for family members and were very pleased with th service.

I used them a few years ago to surprise my nieces with gifts (I can't remember what specific package I ordered) Yes, it was expensive, but was worth the price. They were so excited about it. They had left for the evening to go to a park and that is when they put the gifts in the room. So, when they arrived back at the resort, they were so surprised. I do remember ordering it over the phone, and the customer services was excellent!

I've used disney floral and gift several times and the kids loved it ... They set it up very nice : ) Another surprise we did was ordering 2 mini Mickey cakes and 2 balloons from room service at the Floridian for my twin grandsons 5th bday. When we arrived back from the park they had the table set up with a tablecloth, Mickey confetti, plates, silverware and the cakes & balloons. Lovely set up : )

We used it once and were not impressed. We had used several times Memories by Betsy. She creates amazing baskets and deliver it to your resort. Also once we use Gift of a lifetime. They created an incredible scavenger hunt around Hollywood Studios for my daughter's bday. It worth every penny.
