Room availability different online than when calling CRO?

Before I bother making a long distance call, I was wondering what people's experiences have been when checking for room availability online vs. calling CRO. They don't have the room type I would like available online, and I am wondering if it is worth calling.

Wilderness Lodge standard view rooms for the FTP were not showing up online. However, when we called they had plenty left for the package for our dates. This was a couple of weeks ago now. But I would definitely call if I were you.

In my experiences, I've found them to be different. When I wanted a king bed at CBR and I checked online, it said there were no rooms available. I felt really disappointed but then I called CRO and used the same code and they were able to get me a room. It never hurts to check
