Room assignment in email or text, any way to reach out before you arrive if you need to?

If you check in online and receive your room and building assignment via text or email, if you have an issue with whatever you were assigned, is there a way to reach them immediately via phone, email or text? Or do you need to wait to just go to the desk when you get there?

Last April I received two texts with different room numbers for my BLT stay, there was a phone number in the text that I called and we got it all sorted out before I arrived at the resort.
 
They give a phone number to call in the text. Two trips in a row we've called and gotten a different room without having to go to the resort.
