Room 8044

Has anyone stayed in room 8044 ? We read in the Passporter that it tends to get loud during the deck parties becuase it's under the Mickey Pool. I told DS that we shouldn't worry because we'll be at the parties and the kids will sleep through anything.

Any thoughts ?

Hi there....

It is actually under the Goofy Family Pool - there is alot of activity in this area as the pool becomes a stage and the deck party is held here... definately a busy area.

I have heard a few people talking about hearing chairs being moved/dragged and the occasional thump - this is a deluxe family suite - I am sure you will enjoy your cruise - do not worry about anything - especially after a busy day of cruising you will all sleep soundly.

We stayed in this room on our first 4 day cruise in 2000. It was fine...we did hear a little moving of chairs in the a.m. but don't remember it really being a problem. The last night was the noisiest w/ the teens running around at all hrs of the night..they usually do this on the last night. Again, I'm a light sleeper and I didn't lose sleep over it. Would stay there again.
