Room 7554 or 8598 on the Dream?

This will be our first cruise and I do not know why I can't seem to pick between these 2 rooms. I want mid ship to help with my motion sickness, but also have artificial disks in my back so I want to put us as close as possible to the parts on the ship we will use the most. 7554 appealed to me because I've heard the middle elevators can get backed up, but worry it's too far front. 8598 is bigger but closer to the middle elevators. We will use the soda fountains and buffets frequently, are those more towards the front or back? Which would you suggest? TIA!
