Hi all, I just changed my 2 cat 10s to a 6 and 11, they being 6050 and 6051. Has anyone on this board been in this room before? Is it a good location? And, what type of verandah is it? Metal or plexiglass?

We were in 6150 in September and loved it. It was a metal veranda, but very large. We also liked being so far aft as we rarely encountered anyone in the halls and it was very quiet.

Enjoy!:D

We're booked in cabin 6042 for our cruise next summer. Your cabin looks to be in a great location, close to the mid-ship elevators, just slightly forward of them. From everything I've read, you will have a plexi-glass verandah, not the solid metal. The solid metal ones are only the few in the far aft cabins, such as the one mentioned by preb in the above post.

Enjoy your cruise!

Thanks SeaSpray and preb. Seeing as we just got off the Halloween cruise, we are not sailing again until 11-27-04! LOL BUt never too early to start planning :earseek: We were in 2071 and 73 this past cruise and I loved being midship, and on our side of 2071 was the conference room. Great rooms btw, I hated to let them go! I had rebooked with those same cabins but my DH really wanted a verandah this time, and hey who am I to disagree;)
