Rookie question! Regarding Reservations

I’m inviting my family to a vacation stay at Saratoga springs, I will be staying in a 2 bedroom villa and they will be staying in a separate studio…when doing reservations for them, do I have to add my name to their reservation if they are staying using my points?..or do I make the reservation on their names?? You make her lead guest and list all the other people in that room. She links the reservation to her MDE and links up all the people to her friends.

Putiing you on two rooms causes chaos.

Not at all. WDW receives many international guests. Disney probably won’t mail anything to them, but they don’t mail much of anything to anyone these days!

I actually always put my own address on reservations unless I am not going to be there at the same time.

So, I do not think there is any issue with an international address.

I use my address for everyone. It doesn't matter anymore now that they don't send tags for the luggage. I've gotten a mailed conformation randomly a time or two.

She could buy MagicBands and they would be sent to your address if you did that. But they could also just pick them up at the desk with the Mexico address.

So, I do not think there is any issue with an international address.

That sounds easy to do too, I’m trying to avoid an issue when we all arrive..

Since this is their first visit, I might put my own address so they can mail me the magic bands…I always treasure my magic bands is such a nice keepsake

Following this thread since I will be making my first dvc res for some friends but I will not be there. Anything I will need other than the guest's names to make the reservation? Does it need to be their email or can it just be mine? Once res is confirmed do I just give them the confirmation number so they can link res to their account?
