Rookie mistake...

i called in Magical express info. Just noticed now that its not on my Mums reservation nor my brothers.

We leave Dec 30th

Tried to call tonight but phone line issues? Sigh. Will Disney resend the package so that they get their magical express voucher and tags? We are in canada so we dont get our magic bands just the info booklet...

Even if you don't get the package, as long as you're booked you can just go to the desk at DME and give them your name. We didn't get our voucher a couple of years ago and we did this - no problem at all. They just printed out new ones for us. If you have any old MBs you can also use those. That's what we now do rather than digging for the voucher.

You might not get the tags, though. They say that you can just give them your luggage claim tickets but I wouldn't. Happened to us a few years ago and we just picked up our luggage ourselves before going down. Kind of a pain to have to do that but then we had our luggage with us when we checked in. I found that MCO is faster for luggage pickup than Pearson so it wasn't too bad.

This happened to us this month. My mom received her tags but I didn’t, two weeks before our trip. The folks at magical express shipped out new set to us and they arrived one week before departure.

Good to know! Ottawa isnt too bad normally but much smaller than YYZ or MCo
