Roll Call for all of us April people !

My first post yippee! I am so nervous....hehe
We are going April 12-19 staying at Portofino.
Getting our AP's too! So excited have not had AP's in years!

We'll be there April 6 and for a little bit on April 7. We're meeting DH's family there and are actually planning on staying the night in a hotel instead of driving from home each day! Now we just have to figure out which hotel.

Well, It looks like we will not be going in April this year after all.: :sad2: Hubby's work is so unstable at the moment, we must focus on the needs and not the wants. I am happy we didn't tell the kids we were going for their birthdays,so they won't be let down. I am going to start saving now, today, for their birthdays next year, which is the Monday after Easter next year. I am still hanging on a very, very tiny sprinkle of pixie dust that we can some how swing going this year for their birthdays. They will turn 7 April 5th. (b/g/g/ triplets).
I hope everyone has a great time. Please take lots of pics of everything and post them here asap. This sad Disneylover needs to live vicariously another year thru all of your trip reports and great pics.
:)

We will be there from April 25th to May 2 and staying at HOJO.:dance3:

We will be celebrating my daughter's 6th birthday on April 25th. Every night before bed she asks "How many more sleeps". Its hard for her to understand that it is "only" 55 sleeps. To her that's a long time. to me, its around the corner!

Hi,
I'll be in DL Apr 30-May 3. Yes, Food and Wine festival here I come!
Lasseter Apr 30
MacMurray May 1
Desserts May 3

I hope to see fellow Dis'ers! Should we wear our Dis lanyards to identify each other?:dance3:

My dh and I are taking two of our grandchildren and we arrive on 4/27. We are staying a PPH. \

I am bummed though because i just called and got the park hours. The whole time we are there DL is open from 10-8 and CA is open from10-6! They call these winter hours. GRRR!! I have a character meal planned for each day and that will take time.

The girls are both three years old (a month a part). As long as the park isn't too busy I am sure we can get it all done. I know on that Tues we will do the early entry and then hit toontown an hour before it opens so that will help too.

The kids & I will be there from April 22-26th. DH is staying home to pay the bills:lmao: We're staying at the Anaheim Sheraton.

Bumping!!!

I'll be there for sure on April 10th and 11th. And back again on April 28th through May 1st!!

Who did you call for park hours? I have been anxiously waiting for the hours to show up on the disney calandar. I have looked at past years hours, but would really like to have definate hours.

The last day of their busy spring break season is around the 18th. So after that it is indeed back to shorter hours. Also fireworks will only be during weekends and most likely F! will be down until late may. :) It'll still be a fun trip though!

This is what the hours were when we went during the week in the first week of December. This is good in a way because Disney isn’t expecting big crowds. If they were they would extend the hours.

My son and I will be staying at Paradise Pier April 1st through the 4th. :cool1: Last year we stayed at the Disney Hotel, it was geat but, thought we'd try a different resort hotel.:yay: :yay:

Ohhh....so they will extend the hours for spring break? I saw that on the calander and thought we might luck out with extended hours at the end of April. But I guess thats a good thing they arent extended during our stay.:)

Yep! :goodvibes

I'm looking at the calendar right now and starting Monday April 6th the "summer" hours start. So 8am to 12am at DL and DCA is 10am to 9pm. This schedule continues all the way until Sunday April 19th. Starting Monday April 20th the schedule stops. So I'm assuming the "summer" schedule will stop and they will go back to their "winter" schedule!

That makes sense. Thanks! ;)

You're welcome. :)

I just figure DLR is good at predicting what crowds come when and how big. Usually judging from previous years. So if they were expecting big crowds they would change the hours to accommodate them.

I'd give early closing hours for smaller crowds!!! :thumbsup2

We will be there on the 31st, April 1st and April 2nd. We r staying off site at Ahaheim Maingate hotel with a Disney Shuttle. I am so excited!!

My wife and I are coming April 1-6 and are staying at the Anaheim Plaza Hotel. Arrrrgggg!!!!! Cannot Wait!!!!!!!pirate:
