ROL when do they allow standby to enter

We are going in April. I'm not using a FP for ROL. We're going to try it standby. How early do they let standby people get in? I'm trying to plan my times and I want to know when we should line up.

I think you should get there about 45 min before., depending on crowds. And the standby entrance is in dinoland.

Our last trip was Nov 2015. We havent been since it opened, but have a trip booked for Dec 2018 so this is good to know.
