ROL/Fantasmic!

So, I can book my fast passes on Saturday, but I'm unsure on what times I would have to be in line for both ROL and Fantasmic! So I can plan other fast passes around these.

I would be fast passing ROL and have the dining package for Fantasmic!

How long before the show would you suggest being in line for them?
