RoL Dining Package - What Time Should We Go to the Theater?

I was able to snag a breakfast ressie for tomorrow night's RoL for friends who are at WDW right now.

How early should they go to the theater to ensure they get seats? They are a group of 5 people.

I can't speak specifically for the dining package side, but we sat on the Asia side for our FP+ last Tuesday night (during spring break crowds). We leisurely started to walk from our safari ride in Africa over to the theatre right around 8:10ish (fastpass return times for 8:05-8:30pm) and the closer we got to seeing ROL we noticed it looked quite full so we hurried on in at that point. I would say there were a good amount of seats left but it was not empty to say the least. We sat down right at 8:20 but by 8:30 it was packed for the 8:45 show. The other side (on dino land) that seats dining packages and stand by looked about as full as our side or maybe a little more. This was for the first show too. Hope that helps!

Thanks so much everyone! I have recommended my friends arrive 45-60 mins before the show just to be on the safe side.

At least an hour. We showed up 55 minutes before and many of the seats were filled. Also, keep in mind they are very vigilant about making people move to the end of the row. We ended up moving about four times before the show actually started.
