What it does is kind of spins from one side to another, then back again, and around. It is pretty mild if you don't spin the wheel, and even if you do spin it is not that bad. It's a lot of fun actually - one of my favorite rides in DLR. I say this to you and I am a total wimp when it comes to lots of spinning or anything like that. I used to be able to handle some mild wheel-turning on the Teacups, but somewhere along the line, they sped up the Teacups and made it a faster ride, or made the wheel easier to turn so that any mild spinning is too much for me now. The only way I can ride the Teacups is to NOT touch the wheel at all. But I can handle spinning the wheel on Roger Rabbit, though it does make your arms tired, so you may just want to skip the wheel turning and enjoy the ride itself. It is basically a kid's dark ride that is fun for adults, so it is relatively tame in the scheme of things. My equally wimpy friend can handle spinning on Roger Rabbit and when she gets tired of it, she lets go of the wheel and lets it do its own thing.
