Rog, if you find one in the Atlanta area that you like, talk to the owner via email and phone calls, get him/her to send a bunch of pictures and basic information about the pup.

If you find one you want, Atlanta is only 2 1/2 hours from us - I'll go look at it for you and pick it up. I can tow it back to Montgomery and later, probably another hour or so toward you if that would help?

Just let me know and KEEP LOOKING! Make sure you search for "tent trailer" as well as "popup camper"...this one didn't show up under pop up camper

Wow, Cindy....how nice of an offer, that is very cool of you. I do check craigslist and ebay and the local classifieds most everyday.....but unless I find a deal I cant refuse...Im having to hold off till probably next year. Taxes are due...I still owe a lawyer and I have a pretty hefty fine Im expecting to have to pay soon (unless my lawyer is extrememly creative) and I have a disney trip in Oct to save for. I feel terrible that you guys have posted all these links and have devoted time to finding my future popup....you guys are the best friends a guy could ask for!

You never know, you might find one "free to pick up", I've seen that several times, I've also seen "First $200 gets it".
That would be worth it for nothing else-to fix up and sell! As long as the floor, roof, and canvas are good-everything else is gravy (even lifter cables can be replaced for less than $100 and a weekend in the backyard).

That deal you can't refuse may be just around the corner! I used to audit taxes for the IRS, creative lawyers are a plus, maybe he can work some magic! ~grin~
