Just rec'd doc from Timeshare Closing Services. Called to check wiht Jerry at the Timeshare Store what exactly it meant. He was pleased to tell me that Disney has waived their ROFR!

buyer pays all closing

For the longest time I have beens following every thread with ROFR mentioned in it. Was starting to get a little nervous after some of the more recent postings. I guess we were on eof the lucky ones.

I can't believe we had the same resale scenario (BWV, $72 pp, 2002 & 2003 points and 1/2 main., buyer pays closing) for our contract but Disney purchased ours I do wonder if it's because we don't own a DVC contract at this point and if we will continue to be turned down....? Wish us luck for the next one....

WOOHOO! That is great news! I have been thinking about you guys and hoping you got it. We have a similar contract under review right now . 300 OKW, pay 1/2 maitenance, comes with 150 banked points, same use year as what we own now, and at $72/point. Still holding our breaths. I actually called TTSS to see if they could give us any news. Jerry thinks we are about a week away from knowing.
