ROFR from seller's perspective?

I'd like to sell our smaller BWV contract & buy a larger one.

What happens to me if I accept an offer that Disney deems too low?

From the seller's perspective, there isn't much difference if Disney exercises ROFR or not. The only difference to you is that the check from your sale will come from Disney instead of the people who bought from you. You'll still get the same amount.

i assume you mean a larger contract at a different resort?

seems like you'd generally be better off to just add on to your current contract...

but yeah, as the prior poster said, ROFR only really affects the buyer. (you might feel a little annoyed that you should have waited for a higher offer but there's no financial difference.)
