Ariana, we were out of town with the kids this weekend, so I'm playing catch up again.

Hi Kathy! Glad you had a nice weekend with the kids. I think we were posting at the same time because I just posted another update!

I LOVE your costumes. That is so funny that Jim was getting all of this attention because of Remy.

I think part of it too was the unique costumes. There were a lot of people that complemented us during the evening.

I'm glad you got to hook up and hang with Ruthie for the evening.

I responded to the last update and you snuck another one in there.

One of the things I enjoyed most about the Halloween Party was the pictures by the Haunted Mansion (we may do the party with Tim and his daughter and I will be sure to get those).

I love the interaction with Captain Jack...too funny what Jim said to him. Jim is quick on his feet for sure. I think it is hysterical that the Captain then repeated exactly what you said as you departed.

OHHHHHH this made me even MORE excited for our trip this year!!!! We have never done the MNSSHP!!1 I am just THRILLED to go! need the hitchhiking ghosts!!! I love magic shots.. LOVE THEM!!! i cannot wait for Sept to get here!!!

Jack is AWESOME to meet. we were able to meet him during the Christmas party.. he is a WHOOT!

Yep, scared is not something I do well! That's too bad your pictures disappeared but at least you got the ones that were in my account!

Yeah, I don't think I would ever change my hair color. Well I do get it highlighted but that is it. I did try to do the temporary black color one time and my hair turned purple! It mostly washed out except for the highlighted parts, they stayed a light silvery/purple color for a long time. That's why I went with a wig this time!

You will have a blast at the party. Just make sure you have a good touring schedule because those five hours flew by when we were there!

Alright guys, I am going to attempt to speed this TR up again. I don't know if I will be able to as things are starting to pick up at work but I'm going to try. Writing two at once is not fun and my next trip will be here in 36 days! No way am I writing 3 at the same time! So hold on again for the ride and comment when you can.

The May trip is super short, really only three days so I'm not going to do a PTR for it. I'm probably just going to tack the TR for that trip onto the end of this one since it is Jim and I going again. Yep you read that right, Jim is going back with me in May! I thought I was going to fall off of my chair when he said he wanted to go. I'll give some more details about the May trip in this TR in a few weeks. Now on with the update.....

When we finished up with Jack, it was almost time for the next Villains show so we quickly headed in that direction. There was a huge crowd and we ended up quite a ways back as you can see by this next photo. I had planned on getting there much earlier for a better spot but the meet with Jack took a little longer than I thought it would.





We pretty much made it just in time for the show to start so it wasn’t long before we were listening to the Villains get down. Unfortunately my photos did not come out the best since we were back so far. Of course I will share them with you anyways.
























So I found this show a little strange to say the least. I guess I just don’t see the villains as people who would get up on a stage and boogie down. But I still enjoyed it and would definitely catch it again.

Since we were so far back, there was no way we were going to make it into a line for one of the more popular villains but poor Frollo was just wandering around so we made our way over there and Jim snagged a picture. It’s about time we got some more devil horns!



While we were meeting Jack and seeing the villains show, Ruthie watched the first parade and I think also went to meet talking Mickey. We had agreed to meet up on Main Street outside of Casey’s for the castle show and HalloWishes so Jim and I headed that direction.



I think that Jim went off to use the restroom while I watched the castle show by myself but my memory is really fading at this point. Maybe Ruthie can remember because she meet up with Jim on the way back from the bathrooms. Ruthie did you watch the castle show with us or just HalloWishes? One way or the other, I took a grand total of one picture of the show.



Guess I got too caught up in it or the pictures just didn’t come out. I did take some pictures of Main Street in between the castle show and HalloWishes.







And I think I will leave this update here as I have almost 40 pictures just from HalloWishes.

I really think the only reason he is going is for the Lego store! He has seriously found a new addiction with those things. And yes, we have two Lego stores within a hour of our house but they are just not the same to him.

I have mixed feelings about him going. It was supposed to be a solo trip and I was really looking forward to being able to do what I want. But I'm definitely taking a solo trip sometime this year and I already told him he is not invited on that one.

This is the second update in two days so if you missed the one yesterday, it's at the bottom of page 30. Like I said, I'm shifting this one into high gear!

What can I say about HalloWishes other than it lived up to all the hype I read about it. I loved every single minute of the show and highly recommend it to all who love Wishes. To me, this show alone was worth the entrance fee for the party. I took almost 70 pictures. Most of the time I’m not looking when I shoot because I’m watching the show so I ended up with about 40 that are post worthy. So the rest of the update is going to be light on words and heavy on photos. I hope you enjoy.

And that was HalloWishes. I hope I didn’t bore you too much with so many pictures!

Ruthie wanted to catch the start of the second parade by the train station so she could get a good picture of the headless horsemen so she headed that way to find a spot. I was getting pretty hungry at that point, lunch had been a long time ago. Jim was not hungry so I decided to just duck into Casey’s and grab a hot dog.



I went with the apple slices instead of fries because it was kind of late and fried foods that late usually don’t settle well for me. I’m pretty sure I got a bottle of water too but Jim was carrying it.

We headed out and found a spot on Main Street right behind an older couple. The lady was on a scooter so I knew it would be easy to see over her for the parade. I sent Ruthie a text as to where we were since she was going to join us after the headless horsemen. Then I plopped down on the sidewalk and proceed to eat my dinner. Jim said he needed a restroom again and headed off to do that before the parade. This was when I should have realized something was wrong. He had just gone to the bathroom before HalloWishes. But I was too into the moment and didn’t think much about it.

Hallowishes and the MNSSHP parades are the best thing that WDW puts on IMHO no matter what else they come up with I have gone to MVMCP I think twice, nice but thrown into the " done with that " bin and BTW " Boo to You " now get that out of your head today...I dare you
