Roaming Mickey for Disney Cruise ?

I've heard about the Roaming Mickey and want to do it on my cruise. The signs I've seen all look pretty much the same, so I assume one DISigner makes them. Is that person here? I wouldn't mind making my own sign, but I don't want to take someone's idea without permission.

Roaming Mickey is just a design that was made up and back in 2012/2013
Here is an example:
People passed "Roaming Mickey" a mickey garden pottery image around and got signatures of their fellow DISer's or ship mates.
