Road Closures

Well we hopefully get to leave NJ this Friday after surviving Sandy, however just checking traffic sites and most major highway including Rte 301, I95, I81 and all roads around Baltimore/Washington are closed. Praying for people there. We are struggling here but it could be worse. I just want to get to FLA this Saturday!!!!

In DE, they have lowered the road restrictions today to level 1. The Chesapeake Bay Tunnel route may be an option. You have to go through a few towns through MD that thought they were going to get hit bad, but are much better off than expected.

We did well in DE. But it was not a pleasant experience by far.

We are supposed to driving as well leaving Thurs 2 am, we are not sure now if that will be possible.
