RO discount 1st wk Oct? Was there last year?

We need to book flight today - debating between 9/26 - 10/3 or
10/3 - 10/10.

I know likelihood of discount for Sept week is greater, but any input on whether I'd see any discount week leading up to Columbus Day?

According to Mousesavers there was a room only discount last year for stays Sept. 29 - Nov. 9. It was 15% - 30% off and the discount came out August 1st.
