Grrr so it looks like I was told wrong. I just switched our first few nights to Riviera after confirming they had room service which she said yes. After hanging up I went to google to look for menu and it doesn’t look like they do. Can anyone confirm this?

I really need a hotel with room service because my daughter is competing in the cheer comp and I wanted my youngest (15 so yes plenty old to be there for a couple hours) in a resort where it was tower style and room service could be left outside door since other daughter has to be there crazy early. I spent forever moving resorts this morning and now this. Please help!

Probably not what you want to hear, but the only resort offering in-room dining right now is Grand Floridian.

Fwiw the Quick Service at Riviera is within the tower and is easily accessible. It’s called Primo Piatto if you want to see their menus.

I wouldn't think twice about letting a 15 year old go by themselves to any WDW resort QS, even better that it's still in the building.

I was about that old when my sisters sent me alone from DS to POFQ by myself to get beignets.

As GADisneyDad said there's only room service at the GF. If you need to be onsite, Swan and Dolphin do have room service. I was there last week and used it.
