Riviera Standard View Room Request

I have a 1 Bedroom Standard View reservation coming up, what should I request from MS? We never stayed there before, but generally at other places, we prefer high floors, and good views (fireworks a plus), over closeness to the amenities.

I’d ask for high floor and near Skyliner. If granted, you should have a nice view of Spaceship Earth and the Epcot fireworks.

^^^ yup this. I can never remember which is east wing and which is west wing so near skyliner is a better request we had a one bedroom with a great view but it also looked right into a tower studio

Touring Plans has a free tool you can use to search views, location, etc. that was really helpful for us when sending in our room request. Here's the link: https://touringplans.com/hotel_maps/disneys-riviera-resort

It lets you pick by location, you can see actual room views (they don't have all rooms available but a good amount and similar views if they don't have the specific room). They have one of these for each resort!
