Riviera room inventory?

I know they've only just started declaring dvc rooms for this resort. But I'm wondering if anyone has been able to find what the dvc room inventory WILL be once it's fully declared. I'm trying to figure out the ease of booking a studio or a 1 BR specifically, but interested in all rooms I guess.

According to people who have read the filings, looks 341 villas: 12 GVs, 148 2BR lock-offs, 90 dedicated 2BRs, 29 dedicated 1BRs, 38 dedicated studios, and 24 Tower Studios. View breakdown is not known as yet.

The challenge is going to be how the resale restrictions start skewing booking in 5-10 years. They are not selling guaranteed weeks on Tower Studios, and I'd expect those to be hard.
