I've been checking RR for booking availability for either the tower room or deluxe stay in the fall and absolutely nothing comes up. any ideas?

Only 12 of the 24 tower studios have been declared into DVC inventory. So half have been booked by DVC members and the other half have probably already been booked for cash.

While there are more regular studios, it's pretty unlikely that any remain available for this coming fall given that any member with qualified points could have booked them starting in February for September stays.

Or did you mean fall of 2022? If that's the case, neither DVC nor cash inventory is available to book for that time period as of today.

Both tower studios and SV studios went pretty quickly at the 11 month mark for the fall. It will be very difficult to get those outside of the 11 month window most of the time, but mid September until mid January will be the most difficult.

Since we are also 60 days away from September dates, any unclaimed rooms by members can be offered to cash guests under the breakage clause of the contract. IMO, I don't think you have much of a chance right now. All you can do is waitlist.

Your only hope is to waitlist the days you want and hope that they sell a lot of RIV points and they need to declare more DVC rooms into inventory. Also stalk the DVC site for the days you want to hope that something becomes available.

There’s not much of anything for this fall outside the odd day or two. Even Saratoga is booked pretty solid, might find several days strung together with some luck. Goodluck if you waitlist

As DVC owners of Riviera, we booked at exactly 11 months out for December, and already all the tower rooms and all the standard view rooms were sold out.

Did you book this via cash? Or using DVC points? There is a different pool of rooms, depending on the way that you booked. Studios for points booking got snagged up right at 11 months for pretty much that timeframe.

not dvc....just booked for october, not dvc. woah!!! thanks!! can't believe it. it was more expensive though then i wanted but i grabbed it and got boo bash tickets! ahhh!!!

Okay. Cash guests are different and most here were responding to what we can book using DVC points.
