Riviera preferred view.

I realise that the resort is not open
But can anyone advise what the preferred view maybe of?

Another thread mentioned that guide(s) answered that standard was lower floor parking lot view (but upper floor parking lot view might be preferred).
But I haven’t seen any firm numbers or examples discussed, yet.

I think if you can see Epcot, HS, the pool or the lake it'll be preferred. The East wing facing North and East is probably standard. Just my guess.

The Caribbean Beach Resort.

We took our DVC tour on 9/14. Our tour guide told us that Prefered rooms overlook gardens, pools, The Caribbean Beach resort, and views of Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Said that every room facing south is prefered. Also said that standard rooms overlook parking lots but wouldn't clarify beyond that.

Not sure they will have the same view as BRV. Standard is views of parking lot, preferred is everything else.

I’ll be waiting Riviera, studio preferred. I’ll request Epcot view and see where that goes.
