Riverside rooms - Do they still have the armoir?

Hi: Just wondering if the port orleans riverside rooms still have the armoirs in them? Also are people who recently stayed in them finding them in very good condition.

You mean the big TV armoirs with the drawers? I recently stayed in the masions section and yes, they still had them. I didn't actually stay *in* the armoir but the general room condition was good.

Yes, to both of your questions. We left there last Sunday. We had a great time there and DH said that is his favorite resort and he didn't want to hurt my feelings but that place we stayed in the summer (which was the Beach Club!) just didn't cut it. Oh, well, I enjoyed it and he thought it was just wonderful! The armoirs are still there and everything in our room was in great condition except the hairdryer had a little crack in the side of it. Still worked though!

Thanks for the room update and the armroir question. This time of year did you see any blooming flowers anywhere on the grounds. We are to go down the end of feb, I really wanted april for the flower festival (hubby has to work), so I am wondering if anything will be in bloom? As you can tell I am sick of winter and no leaves on the trees/flowers etc.

There were azaleas blooming right outside our room and some little yellow flowers that I didn't get a close enough look at to tell you what they were. That resort is soooo awesome!!! It just makes you want to relax especially with it right on the river!!!
