Hi there!

I understand that this includes an appetizer, an entree (but not a side?) and a dessert, and am wondering if there are any exclusions from the regular menu.

Just the sides, as you noted. (We got press-pot coffees with the beverage entitlement with dessert since we were having wine with our meal.)
