River Country Day Event Tickets for Sale

Did you see it on the DPB? Disney is re-opening River Country for a one-day, hard-ticketed event. Cost is $1,600 per adult, $1,599 for children 3-12. No word yet on AP or DVC discount, but Tables in Wonderland has an pre-event tasting you can sign up for. According the the press release, "Ticket does not include a boat trip to Discovery Island, available for an additional fee." Does this mean they're bringing that back online, too? Boy, what a way to enjoy the first day of April!

You know what...if they would have listed the price as $200 per person, it totally would have seemed plausible to me.

But the price definitely gives it away as an Aprils Fools joke.
