River Belle Terrace Fantasmic Standard package... do they run out of vouchers?

I had been hoping to get a dinnertime Blue Bayou Fantasmic package for the first show of Fantasmic, but then I realized that Blue Bayou doesn't serve the monte carlo sandwich on their dinner menu, so now I am no longer interested in eating there. (If I am wrong about this and you CAN get the monte carlo at dinner, please let me know!)

So now I am hoping to eat dinner at River Belle and get a voucher for the FIRST show of Fantasmic that night. But I am worried that since they only do the vouchers, that they might run out of them for the first show before dinner time.

Has this ever happened to anyone, and you didn't have a choice between the 1st or 2nd show when eating dinner at the River Belle?

(We have other plans for lunchtime and won't be in Disneyland that day until 5pm.)

The latest we have ever eaten at RBT was around 2 in the afternoon and they still had first show as an option. This was during a fairly busy time as well.
