Took about 25 minutes today from entering the line till I was off the ride. Would have been 30 total if the first preshow room was running.

We have 5 smart phones in our family. If I download the app on each phone and login with my account that has the tickets/reservations linked. Would I be able to try to get a Boarding Group on all the phones and hope one of the five gets lucky?

I can start hitting the buttons on all phones to join as soon as it goes 6:59:59am

My DD and I both tried and she was the one that was successful both times so I'm glad we both tried.

Swipe down and refresh the screen every 5 seconds or so starting a couple of minutes before 7 am..We used 3 phones and for some reason one phone was a minute or so behind the others....Not sure how accurate Disney time is but we got thru twice

Are they enforcing the return window for boarding groups at DL? I know at DHS you can pretty much show up anytime after your group is called, even if it's hours later.

I was lucky enough to get boarding group 8 on Saturday morning. Unfortunately when we showed up ride was down. They scanned our tickets and told us to come back. When we tried to go back around 8pm it was down again and never went back online.

Practicing at home again today, and clicking the join button right at 7 a.m. seemed to work for me. I did it at 6:59:59 and had go back and then back in. So boarding groups must have lasted more than 2 seconds today.

If you miss your Boarding Group time, let's say you're on the other side of the park, had a lunch\dinner reservation or currently waiting on a long line for another ride. Would you be allowed to enter the ride if you show up 1-2 hours after they called your group? Just curious how strict they are when you BG is called.

They'll allow it, just take your receipt from the reservation.

Yep I agree. We asked this of the CM's when we were at WDW and that is what they told us.

I got group 193 that day I am pretty sure I would have ridden if it didn't break down. They seem to go past that number more often now.
