Right of Refusal

DH and I just made an offer for VWL. Our agent said we have a 50-50 chance of it going thru. That doesn't seem like great odds, so I don't want to get too excited yet. Any current members out there have insight/experience in their offer being refused? Thanks!

Depends on the price offered per point- DVC doesn't usually let it go below their unpublished "floor"

I'm waiting, too. Agent told me I was reight on the edge of Disney's floor with a 50/50 chance.
