If my family and I stay off-site, will we have any problems riding the Monorail, or other Disney transportation? Also, if we have a character breakfast PS'd before park open, do we use a Park Hopper day getting in to eat? (i.e. Cinderella's table)

TIA,

BigJohnG

Yes, going into a park for a restaurant PS will consume a day on your hopper pass.

I have never seen bus drivers check for ID but technically you need to have a hopper pass or annual pass or room key.

So...can you ride the park transportation with any park ticket? not neccessarily an AP or a room key? I'm mainly interested in taking the kids on the monorail. We're gonna have a park hopper ticket.

Thx,

Anyone with any multiday park pass (hopper, AP, etc.) can use the Disney transportation. Old rule that only Disney resort guests could use most transportation was done away with a number of years ago.

Disney Buses don't normally check for passes, the only time that I send them check is when its really Busy like Christmas/New Years or July 4th and that only at Downtown Disney when the Parking lots there would be Full. (Downtown Disney was the ones that were doing the checking because they wanted the parking lots to be use for Guest visiting Downtown Disney, during this time all the Theme Park Lots were Closed to Capacity)

Use of the Disney transportation system is INCLUDED in the price of your park hopper ticket. So it doesn't matter if CMs are checking or not (they most likely will not be, though)- you and your children will be "legal". As drusba said, any multi-day ticket will do.

Enjoy your trip!

If you want to ride the monorail, you can (and must when visiting MK) ride it between TTC and MK even before you buy your one day ticket.
